Presenter Susan Doan: Since 2015, I have been with H-Wave, where I have managed training and patient-care programs across five VA hospitals. My experience spans a wide range of specialties and departments, including podiatry, physical therapy, PM&R, pain management, spinal cord injury, and many others.
I currently serve as Director of H-Wave’s Nationwide Wellness OTC Division. In this role, I bring extensive hands-on knowledge of H-Wave technology and its clinical and wellness applications. I work closely with physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and healthcare professionals across the nation, providing education, training, and support to help them understand and effectively implement H-Wave.
