Spring Gathering 2007
The NCCNA held its annual meeting and spring leadership gathering on April 10, 2007. The meeting was designed to provide a forum to present required 
annual reports and to give group leaders a chance to gather together for support and sharing. Group leaders LaVern Andrews of the Lincoln group, Marsha Campbell of Reno, Martha Chandley of Davis/West Sacramento, Joe Facha of Lincoln, and Charles Moore of Sacramento, as well as member Red Banes of Sacramento and Board members Bev Anderson, Penni Smith, Sandra Vinson, Dick Ward, and Grant Whitney were present.
The morning was filled with required reports and a chance for group leaders to compare ideas on things that their groups find helpful. After a light lunch, graciously provided by director Sandra Vinson, Dr. Marco Vespignani 
spoke to the group about various health and nutrition issues.
