Annual David Loeb Memorial Golf Tournament
This tournament, which helps fund The Neuropathy Center at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center was held on June 22. NCCNA President Bev Anderson was able to attend the dinner and speak with newly-confirmed Executive Director of The Neuropathy Association, Tina Tockarshewsky, and Dr. Norman Latov, TNA board member and author of Peripheral Neuropathy: When the Numbness, Weakness, and Pain Won't Stop. Several members of the Reno group were also able to attend.
Bev Anderson and Mike Colazzi Appear on KCRA
NCCNA President Bev Anderson and Elk Grove Group Leader Mike Colazzi were interviewed and appeared on a segment produced for KCRA's HealthWatch 3. They were interviewed and recorded for about 45 minutes, though only a small portion actually was used in the segment. The segment was broadcast on May 12, 2007, and also on their health show the following Saturday. Check out the video here.
