Members of the Northern California Chapter of The Neuropathy Association (NCCNA) will be encouraged to contact local merchants about providing a discount to NCCNA members who present a current year NCCNA Membership Card. The discount will be announced and mentioned monthly in Neuropathy Hope, the NCCNA newsletter, and continually posted on NCCNA’s website, www.pnhelp.org. It is understood that members in the local area will get the greatest benefit from this discount; however, it is available to all NCCNA members.
- The member arranging the discount will provide the following information in writing via e-mail, fax, or standard mail to the NCCNA:
- Merchant Name (Company and Owner)
- Address
- Phone Number
- Discount Amount ($ or %)
- Discounted products(s) or service(s)
- Duration of Discount Program
- NCCNA will announce the discount in the newsletter, put it in the discount listing that accompanies the membership letter, and post it on the website. Any mention will include a disclaimer stating “Participation in the Discount Program does not constitute an endorsement of the merchant, product or service.”
- NCCNA will send the discount merchant an acknowledgement and copy of the listing announcing the discount.
- The member or merchant will advise NCCNA when the discount ceases to be available.
