Bylaws, Policies, Rules, & Procedures
The NCCNA operates under its bylaws, supplemented by policies, procedures, and standing rules. We are posting all these here so that our members can understand how we work, and can provide suggestions on ways we can improve.
Approved Pending Review
These items have been approved for adoption by the board of directors. We now offer them for review and comment. If you would like to comment or ask questions about any of these items, please contact us. The board of directors will consider the comments at the board meeting following the specified end of the comment period, and may make changes to the items in response. If the changes are substantial, the items will be posted for review again; otherwise, they will be adopted. Read more about our procedure for implementing policies.
